== آشنایی اجمالی ==<br />
ابوبکر محمد بن موسی بن عثمان حازمی همدانی بغدادی.<br />

در سال 548 یا 549ه در راه همدان به دنیا آمد؛ سپس به همدان انتقال و در همانجا رشد و تربیت یافت. 1 بر پایه گزارش ابن دبیثی که از شاگردان وی است، او تحصیلات مقدماتی و قرآن را در زادگاهش فرا گرفت و دوران کودکی و نوجوانی را در آنجا سپری کرد و چون به سن بلوغ رسید و کسب دانش دغدغه فکری او بود، راهی بغداد گردید و در آنجا اقامت گزید و نزد شیوخ و استادان بسیاری ازجمله شهردار بن شیرویه، ابوزرعه مقدسی، ابوالعلاء عطار و عبداللّه بن حیدر قزوینی به استماع حدیث و کسب علوم و فنون دیگر پرداخت. 2 ابن خلکان، حازمی را حافظ قرآن کریم دانسته می نویسد: او در بغداد فقه را نزد فقیه مشهور آن دیار، شیخ جمال الدین واثق بن فضلان و دیگران فرا گرفت و تنها به شیوخ مستقر در بغداد اکتفا نکرد، بلکه به شهرهای دیگر عراق و بلاد گوناگون ازجمله شام و موصل و سرزمین ایران مانند اصفهان و همدان سفر کرد و از استادان بسیاری بهره گرفت و هر آنچه را فرا گرفته بود نوشت. 3 به نوشته منابع، حازمی همواره به دنبال تعلیم و تعلم بود، از حافظان حدیث و نسب شناسی چیره دست به شمار می آمد، اما بیشتر اهتمام وی در گردآوری حدیث و رجال آن بود؛ ازاین رو بیشتر تصنیفات او در همین زمینه می باشد. 4 سبکی وی را در زمره فقهای شافعی برشمرده و به گروهی از شاگردان و تربیت یافتگان مکتب او اشاره کرده است که ابوعبداللّه دبیثی، ابن ابی جعفر و علی بن ماسویه مقری از آن جمله اند. 5 او را فردی ثقه، زاهد، باورع، احل ذکر و ریاضت دانسته اند. 6 او در سال 584ه در 36 سالگی در بغداد از دنیا رفت و در مقبره شونیزیّه در جوار سمنون بن حمزه و جنید بن محمد قواریری به خاک سپرده شد. 7 آثارش عبارت اند از: الاعتبار فی بیان الناسخ و المنسوخ، تخریج احادیث المهذب لابی اسحاق الشیرازی، سلسلة الذهب فیما روی احمد بن حنبل عن الشافعی، شروط الائمه، عجالة المبتدی و فضالة المنتهی فی الانساب، الفیصل فی مشتبه النسبه، معرفة ما یجب للشیوخ علی الشباب، المؤتلف و المختلف فی اسماء البلدان، 8 تحفة السفینه، ما اتّفق فی اسناد اربعة من الصحابة او التابعین بعضهم عن بعض، شروط الائمة الخمسة البخاری و مسلم، و ابی داود و النسائی و ابن ماجه، 9 ما اتفق لفظه و افترق مسماه. 10<br />
